Panther Interstate Pipeline Energy, LLC (Panther) will maintain a written log, available for Commission audit, detailing the circumstances and manner in which it exercised its discretion under any terms of the tariff.  The information contained in this log will be posted within 24 hours of when Panther exercises its discretion under any terms of the tariff.

Discretionary Posting: Pipe may, but is not obligated to, perform additional blending services when required to gather natural gas that fails to meet the quality specifications set forth in Section 2 of the General Terms and Conditions of its FERC Gas Tariff. The rate for any such blending services shall be separately negotiated with gathering customers on a not unduly discriminatory basis as set forth in our Third Revised Sheet No. 4, effective as of November 2, 2006. If natural gas fails to meet the quality specifications, Pipe will notify the gathering customer and determine if Pipe must exercise discretion in the continued receipt of such gas given its ability or inability to blend.
